My background began in business, where I spent years working as an executive focused on structure, leadership, outcomes, and achieving needed results.

And in many ways, strategy, planning, and tracking results worked.

But over time, I began to notice that what most impacted results wasn’t always visible or explicitly discussed…it was the underlying dynamics, the unspoken tensions, and the misalignments within individuals and teams.

At the same time, I had been developing and working with intuitive perception, spiritual practices, and what I would describe as a sensitivity to the relational field—what is present beneath words and roles…often felt but not articulated.

That awareness led me to expand my perspective.

Today, my work fully integrates both worlds.

I bring decades of experience in leadership and organizational dynamics, alongside years of spiritual practices, intuitive development, and direct experience working with subtle awareness and perception.

I support individuals in accessing clarity within complexity—especially in situations where traditional approaches no longer fully resolve what’s happening.
